Shipping Charges
Prepaid orders within India are shipped free of charge.
Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, carries an additional COD charge that is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. For COD orders a small advance is payable online when the order is placed; this advance is part of your order total and is deducted from the amount payable on delivery. Any applicable charges are always shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and, where applicable, payment verification. Pieces marked “Dyed-to-Order” are prepared after the order is placed; the dispatch time shown on the product page applies to those pieces.
Dispatch and Delivery Time
Dispatch time is the time we take to prepare your order and hand it to the courier. Delivery time is the additional time the courier takes to reach you. Where an estimate is shown on a product page or at checkout, it refers to the timeline stated there.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product availability, courier operations and circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after the order has been dispatched.
