Order Cancellation
Every order begins processing as soon as it is placed, and many of our pieces are prepared or dyed to order. For this reason, Unique Creation does not offer routine cancellation of an order once it has been placed.
If you believe an order was placed in error, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp +91 9369419551 or email uniquecreationandteam@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated, particularly once an order has been processed, prepared, packed or dispatched.
Refunds for approved cancellations
Where Unique Creation, at its discretion, approves a cancellation of a prepaid order, any refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider’s timelines.
Orders we cannot fulfil
If we are unable to fulfil an order (for example, due to unavailability or a pricing error), we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit or waive any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in India, which continue to apply.
